We went to see our children and grand children for Thanks giving. They have a city where they portray Bethlehem. Lots of fun and a must if you are ever there this time of year. It is done only 6 days out of the year.

ST GEORGE.

We went to St. George to attend the St George Temple. The purpose was to get my Mother and Dad sealed for all time and eternity. Then to get me sealed to them. What a day September 14, 2009 will always be a great memory for me. Dave was able to be proxy for my dad. We went for Mexican food after. My Aunt Claudia was abe to be there also. She is so sweet. The weather was nice and warm but not to hot. The day couldnt be any better. We spent the next three days touring the area. I will post this later. We go home in two more days. Wish we could stay longe. But will treasure what I can.

OUR KITCHEN CONTINUED

Well one more time and the kitchen will be finished. I am so excited. As you can see Dave was able to get in on the action. He cut the pipes so we didnt have to cut the back out of the sink cabinet. It took a few trial runs with the blow torch and sauder but he DID IT. What a hunk. The workers who installed the cabinets were just the best ever. They did a wonderful job. I couldnt have been happier. We liked them so much that later on down the road we are going to have them help with some other jobs. We are now working on the counter top. Measured for it today. Only it isnt going to be installed until around the 27 of June. They told us it would the the 16. I am not to happy there. Ok kids two weeks no dishwasher. No running water in the kitchen. Washing what dishes we do have in the bathroom sink. Yuk Yuk Yuk. Life must go on. Dont know about the paint Karyn. I thought it looked good like it is. Well see. Maybe someone upstairs will smile down on us and put a fire under the cabinet project and speed up the works. Girls we can rearrange what is not in a proper place. FUN FUN.

NEW KITCHEN IN THE MAKING

Today we had our kitchen cabnets delivered. Tomorrow they were suppose to start installing them. I was so excited. Well to my surprise the builders called and asked if they could start today. Jumping up and down while on the phone I exclaimed YES YES YES. So I am going to post the first of the pictures for today. This is three years into the making and I cant believe that when the great family rush starts we will be top dollar. It is made of Hickory. Dave picked it out.I wondered if it would look good with the floor. But it is great.

NAUVOO ILL. WOMENS CONF.

Here are a few pictures of our trip to Nauvoo. We saw alot of things and had a great time. MY friend Cyndi and I went to a womens conference. It was a wonderful 2 days. We along with David saw a lot of Nauvoo. He was a doll and drove us to and from our meetings. That was alot of coming and going for him. He did some sight seeing on his own. Found the best places for us to go on our time schedule. We rode a cart pulled with oxen. They let me drive the team. What fun. There is so much to see and do. The weather stayed nice until the day for us to return. That was lucky for us. We had a really nice condo. Two bedroom two bath. Kitchen living room Three tvs. But no time for that. We tried out just about every dinning place in the area. ALSO Dave and Cyndis biggy. THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY. They had to be hitched to a couple of those cows to get them out.
